Property is very dated, not very well maintained, bathroom and room needed renovation. TV didn’t work well. Far from Gramado City Center, no parking garage in the Building.

Estrutura: Hotel muito conservado e limpo. Quarto: quarto de casal para mim e minha esposa atendeu muito bem. Contém uma cama de casal, ar condicionado, aquecedor, um armário para guardar as roupas, frigobar, e duas escrivaninhas do lado da cama. No banheiro tem secador de cabelo e chuveiro com água quente. Também possui um aquecedor no banheiro. Café da manhã: muito bem servido, e tudo muito gostoso. Porém como ficamos 5 dias, sentimos que o cardápio não tem muita variedade, e quase sempre tinhas as mesmas coisas. O que variava era algum sabor de salgado, ou algum doce diferente. Mas no mais, muito bem servido e de boa qualidade. Localização: o hotel fica mais perto de canela do que de gramado. Fica bem próximo a diversas atrações que ficam na pista que liga gramado e canela. Mas 5 minutos de carro você está ou em canela ou gramado. Estacionamento: Ao lado do hotel possui um espaço onde podemos estacionar os veículos lá. O espaço é aberto e sem vigia, porém a cidade é tão tranquila e segura, que realmente não é necessário. Uma pena não ser coberto. No mais, indico bastante o hotel para quem vai a casal. O preço cobrado é mais do que justo pelo que oferta. Me senti muito bem confortável e voltaria sim em outro momento.

Hotel muito bonito com acomodações amplas, bem decoradas. Localização dentro de área residencial mista deu um charme pois ao mesmo tempo se tem tranquilidade e opções para ver e curtir. Cama muito confortável, ar condicionado frio excelente que amenizou com conforto o clima quente atípico para o momento. (reparei a disponibilidade de aquecedor de parede o que é excelente pela praticidade). Todos os funcionários foram prestativos e atenciosos. O café da manhã bem servido. Recomendo e voltarei

Hotel muito bem localizado, perto da área turística de Gramado, apenas 5 minutos de carro do centro. Café da manhã de qualidade, com muita variedade. Porém, o estacionamento é aberto, em um terreno que fica localizado a 2 imóveis de distância. É seguro, porém sem vigia na entrada do estacionamento.
