Atendimento dos funcionários muito abaixo do mínimo a se esperar de um hotel,cafe com poucas opções, salgados frios,carpete dos corredores com odor forte! Lareira em pleno inverno desligada e informado pelos funcionários que nao iriam ligar por ter pouca lenha e a temperatura teria q estar abaixo de 8°C para ligarem ,no dia fazia 12°C!Incrível o hotel prefere que seus hóspedes saiam do hotel pra poupar a lenha, ao invés de atender bem e ofertar seus serviços, oferecer um ambiente agradável ,comidas e bebidas no próprio hotel!!!

O único ponto que possamos anotar seria no café de domingo. Poucos funcionários, em um determinado momento faltou talheres, a opção do outro saguão com mesas eu não gostei, pois estava um ambiente mais frio. Acredito que isso e um fato pontual, porém em um dia de frio, domingo, a administração tem q se preparar p isso.

Antigo e com problemas nos elevadores

Nao vale o custo beneficio. 2 elevadores quebrados, tivemos que subir 2 andares de escada a noite ao chegar do passeio com carrinho de bebe e sacolas. Estrutura dos quartos bem antigas, cafe da manhã ok, local de brinquedos para crianças estava sucateado.

Foi curta, mas boa. Café da manhã bom, ambiente limpo, agradável. Pessoal bastante solícito. O que não gostei foi que me aconteceu ago que nunca vi em lugar nenhum do mundo. Já estive em mais de 30 países, e nunca vi essa situação. No ckek out me cobraram por um cartão de entrada do apartamento. Segundo a recepcionista ela havia nos dado dois cartões e cobrou por 50 reais pela falta da entrega de um desses cartões, que não foi localizado nem no quarto, tampouco em nossas bagagens. Achei aquela situação EXTREMAMENTE desagradável. Por que precisaríamos levar um cartão de plástico para casa? Aquilo, realmente, foi desnecessário, desagradável e muito constregedor, embora a funcionária tenha sido muito educada conosco. Apenas por esse motivo não pretendo mais me hospedar na Rede Sky. Essa política é desnecessária e desconfortável para todos.

Experiencia da estadia no Sky Borges

A estadia foi bem bacana. Fiquei no quarto 109 que havia 1 cama de casal e 1 de solteiro. O quarto era espacoso, o Wi-Fi funcionava bem e havia um micro-ondas, pia de cozinha, frigobar e pia de banheiro. As únicas coisas que não gostei foram do ventilador de teto por não funcionar bem (ventilava fraco e fazia barulho) e do gel 3 em 1 que disponibilizaram para lavar a cabeça e corpo. Eles disponibilizam esse gel e não sabonete em barra, shampoo e condicionador separadamente.
