O hotel é muito bom. Limpo, confortável o café colonial é bem completo. O hotel é fora do centro, ficando inviável ir à pé. De carro são apenas 5 minutos.

Pode melhorar

Os funcionários são prestativos, o café é apenas razoável e a infraestrutura deixa alguns pontos a desejar: muito barulho proveniente dos aparelhos de ares condicionados das outras unidades (todos voltados para um mesmo lado) e um cheiro permanente de fritura em todo hotel, inclusive nos dormitórios. O chuveiro e a cama são ótimos.

As estadia foi bom .O recepcionista no momento do chekin foi extremamente grosseiro. E a abordagem de esquipes de venda desnecessário. Pessoas sem noção e insistente. Isso não é conveniente em um momento que se sai para descanso.

5 dias em Gramado RS

Atendimento excelente, os meninos que trabalham na rede foram super simpáticos e solicitos. A limpeza do quarto estava ótima quando chegamos e o serviço de quarto foi ótimo também. O café da manhã é muito bom, tem várias opções (das 06h30 às 10h). A localização do hotel é distante do centro de Gramado se você estiver de a pé, mas de carro é bem pertinho. Estacionamento amplo e custa 35 por dia. Único ponto negativo é que na volta para o hotel, é preciso fazer um retorno lá em baixo para acessar o estacionamento, ou você se arrisca e entra na contramão ali rapidinho, aí fica a critério da pessoa. No geral, nossa experiência foi nota 10 e indico super!!
