To start your stay, it is always nice when you have good communication with the owner and James is excellent with his contact with those of us staying there. What was very nice was how all check -in and code information was provided with lots of time prior to arrival, so it makes that aspect very easy. Then...

"We had a great trip to Whistler with our almost 2 year old. Great amount of space and he got to have his own room which made it a lot more relaxing for everyone. It was nice to have the walk into the village with him for some extra fresh air. The front desk people were super lovely and helpful. Highly recommend. The host was super quick to respond and we really appreciated all her help."

The lady on the phone was polite, that kept me going despite my frustration... email said i could abort registration and do it at front desk, which i was told by phone not possible. Also no idea where site was until registere via phone. I do not like how check in was at all, all else was passable, parking should be included..."

This particular unit stands out as one of our favorites in that it has a view of the blackcomb gondola and it’s nicely remodeled!"
