"Hot tub was small, full the whole stay and not avaliable late enough. The parking spot was so small, once there were other vehicles we had to parking in the visitors parking to be able to pack our vehicle. We were taking up extra room in the visitor parking, then a very rude woman, possibly the management, insisted on parking next to us instead of one of the other spots. It made it impossible to get in or finish packing. One passager was very ill, so rude woman made leaving unnecessarily hard.
