"A mix up at check in saw delays and harassment over payment. Eventually sorted with apologies from the admin. Very poor hot shower - a dribble of water at best. Otherwise the stay was fine with warm room, excellent breakfasts offered. "

"The hotel is nice which is a few long blocks from the city center but the room we were assigned to it’s noisy at night when the band or music is playing till 2am. The worst part is that we were not allowed to flush bath tissue in the toilet. They ask you to put it the trash where you’ll be smelling used bath tissue every time you use the bathroom!"

Nous avons dû nous y reprendre 6 fois durant la journée pour payer, et recevoir notre monnaie et expliquer à la succession de réceptionnistes mal formés que nous avions payés. Personnel sympathique mais mal formé avec un manager à distance à Potosi trÚs directif. Cela a rendu le séjour désagrable."

"The person on whats app was so helpful and helped me with everything! Sent me a beautiful list of things to do and things to eat, helped me with laundry and booked me a lovely clean safe taxi to airport. Nice breakfast but mattress was a bit uncomfortable and no shower screen meaning bano got a bit wet. There wasnt really a vibe there either, I didnt make any friends. "
