"Was above and beyond what i could've expected. The facilties were well kept and maintenanced, staff kind and helpful, rooms and spaces clean, hospitality through the roof with special "BBQ" social parties in the evening. The location was super short, direct, and safe shot to all of Hollywood. "

"It was my first experience in a hospital. Overall, the staff was very accommodating for me because I need a bottom bunk because of a fractured leg. Being my first experience, not sure how to read the best but the cleanliness everything was there would definitely stay there again. "

He bought steaks for two people whom we celebrated their birthday a few days into my stay. A few of us chipped in & contributed. Abby, the manager, made two delicious cakes. It was a good time 👍."

" day we arrived, with the hotel citing a ‘Force Majeure’ due to weather—even though there was no inclement weather. When we called to understand the situation, we were met with an unhelpful response. It took assistance from Hotels.com to secure a refund, as the hotel claimed they weren’t liable due to their ‘Force Majeure’ policy. Very disappointed with how this was handled and the lack of transparency."
