The camel and flamingo are great decorations, the pool and jacuzzi are always working and clean. We just miss the FREE ducks the kids use to live to get some when we visited. "

"I experienced some issues that were out of the hotel's control, such as construction noise around 1–2 AM. However, after a quick call just to verify the sound, the staff didn’t hesitate to offer me a room switch to the other side of the hotel. I really appreciate the quick response and excellent service.
