"The room was overlooking the pool which was just lovely. The pool does get busy on the weekend but it was quiet during the week. The location near Hollywood Boulevard made it a great kickoff point for the places we wanted to visit in LA. The staff at the hotel is very helpful and courteous. I was appreciative of their work on more than one occasion. If I make my way back to LA I would definitely stay here."

"I don’t like the fact that you have to pay $30 he has to use the Internet and for unlimited coffee. I only stay there the night because there was a concert across the street and I didn’t wanna drive back home so late. Also, the parking $60 is ridiculous. That’s an extra $90 and need to pay. I told the staff I don’t need the Internet. My phone has Internet. I’m model is only there to spend the night. The lady in France said oh but you got unlimited coffee like if I’m dying for coffee😒 I travel a lot and I use a lot of hotels but this one I am not happy with for sure. The place is really clean. Valet is really friendly."

"The hotel itself was great. My only issue was the printer; I called ahead and was told there was printer access 24/7, but the printer was very hard to connect to and when I finally did, it told me there was a problem with the drive. Luckily, the staff at reception allowed me to email them what I needed printed and print it directly, but it was about a 45 minute ordeal."
