A very pleasant and well appointed hotel. The staff are extremely professional and go out of their way to deliver great service. Its well located for the Cathedral/City centre and a short walk (uphill) or taxi ride to The Alhambra.

Solid choice and well located. Good value, but definitely not a luxurious feel (shower door does not seal and mild flooding occurs with careful washing; tile floor has a very dry almost gritty feeling).

The area was great very walkable the staff very friendly. The hotel is old, room could of been cleaned better. During the night it was very noisy hard time sleeping it was all hours of the night.

We have visited Granada a number of times and knew it our favourite Spanish city. We now have a new favourite hoel We chose the hotel based on its location, the positive reviews and the quality it offered but our experience surpassed our expectations greatly. A hotel is more than just a building with nice rooms and comfortable surroundings. From stepping into Luna Centro the welcome given by Javier on reception was outstanding, very warm, welcoming and professional. This standard was maintained by all staff we came across and genunely makes the difference between a good hotel and an outstanding experience We were celebrating our 40th and the hotel surprised us with a lovely gift of Cava and Piononos with a personal message of congratulations. A lovely gesture that helps with making a memory We had room 206 - lovely corner room with balcony views of the Plaza and it was spacious, smartly furnished and well equipped Thank you for making our stay special and we look forward to seeing you again on our next visit to Granada
