A localização é simplesmente fantástica! Basta sair do prédio e, na frente, está o Mercado Central de San Agustín, com vários restaurantes e algumas peixarias e verdurarias; se virar para a esquerda, dois restaurantes e uma frutaria, além de muitos restaurantes e lojinhas, seja descendo a rua, seja seguindo para a esquerda; se sair pela direita, a Gran Vía de Colón, a apenas uns vinte metros, com muitas lojas, inclusive conveniências. E o apartamento C é muito equipado, com cozinha completa, sala ampla e quarto confortável, perfeito para um casal.
