location is good and walkable to shops, Cathedral and city centre. Grocery stores and restaurants nearby. We took taxi to Alhambra 4.75 euro, walked down back to the hotel.

Great location for everything we did in Granada. We came to see the Alhambra and fell in love with the city. The staff was kind and helpful. Rooms are small but clean, very eco-friendly. The air conditioning and in-room safe were greatly appreciated. The top terrace access was closed; however, we did not inquire about getting access.

The place is comfortable and seems to have been renovated. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would stay there again. My only issue is that they don’t have an elevator so if you stay on 2nd or 3rd floor, you will need to drag your heavy luggage with you.

The staff are very helpful and nice. The room was small but very comfortable, clean, and with all the amenities. The location is fantastic, it is walking distance to all the attractions, and there is public transportation to everywhere if need it. I definitely recommend it. The only inconvenience if you need parking it is a little trick, just contact the hotel in advance to get directions.

We were allowed to check in early. They gave us a map of the city and recommendations of things to do. Walls were a little thin and could hear guest through them (coughing and such). The head of shower leaked a bit but it had a hand held we could use which had great pressure and a great alternative. The restaurants that were close by were so good to stop for lunch and it was close for many things to walk to. We were staying in Granada to visit son who was in school there.

The staff, especially Sara was very helpful. Rooms were spotless & well stocked with all we needed. Our apt had a washer/dryer, coffee machine & pods, & a kitchen kit that came in very handy. Extremely well located, walking distance to great restaurants. A 6 min $6 cab ride to Alhambra, was less expensive (for a family of 4 ) than taking the bus which also stops conveniently near hotel. Parking option was very helpful. Minus 1 star b/c spots are so tight. The car next to us scraped/dinged our rental car while we were parked overnight.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in one of the standard apartment which was a comfortable size with kitchen. The kitchen was large and reasonably equipped with basic things (no cutting board, that I could find which would be helpful). Kitchen and bathroom were clean. Floors in other areas, couch and mattress covers did not seem to be cleaned well and newer bedding is needed things looked stained. Mattresses had covers but were not new in single beds. Had issues with the heating unit working in main bedroom. Living area heating eventually worked. Staff were responsive and tried to assist with issues including new bedding. Value was ok for size of space but would have been more comfortable with heat and more attention to bedding.
