Really nice staff & nice hotel. The hotel is in the center of Granada city and makes everything accessable. A lot of shopping, restaurants and café in the area. Great place for a hotel if you want to explore Granada!

This is a great hotel right in Centro just a couple of blocks from several plazas with lots of bars and restaurants, and easy walking to all the major sights. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful

I would definitely stay at Hotel Sacromonte again. The hotel is within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions. The front desk was personable and helpful. WiFi connectivity was excellent.

Location was amazing. In the middle between historic sites, restaurants, shopping, and at the same time quiet hotel where you don’t hear outside noises. Roberto, in the front desk was the most courteous and helpful person. Always willing to help you as much as he could.

This is in the heart of the central district in Granada. A few bus stops away from the main train station. Very convenient. Lots of food options. Staff helpful. Just don't try to drive there - not worth nerve wreck negotiating those little alleys.

The room was clean, big and comfortable. Staff were excellent Toilet and bidet worked fine but we’re quite old Nighttime noise from work truck at 2:30 am and peoples in morning at 7:30 am talking loudly and finally, the worst tv remote I’ve ever tried to work It was useless!

too cold and too dark

The hotel staff were all helpful and the room was clean. We loved the neighborhood. The room, however, had a few annoying points. First, the lights in the hallway automatically turned off and left us in the complete darkness while we were struggling to lock the door with an old-fashioned key. Second, we each had only a blanket on the bed, so it was too cold for me to sleep without my wool sweater and socks under my pajamas and my friend caught a cold. The air-conditioner did work but was loud enough to bother our sleep. To conclude, I'd recommend future guests to bring warm thick underwears and a flashlight.
