"This was our 3rd stay at the Aviator. Once again it was great! Everything was as we expected. Our room was lovely but it was for guests with disabilities, we are not disabled and so we assumed the hotel was fully booked, although we had booked months ago. We did try to get an upgrade, that was not possible. Drinks were delicious as was the food. One little negative was the breakfast scrambled eggs, not sure if they were eggs the texture was not quite right… On our previous visits we had massages...

"Hotel needs upgrading. Very squeaky floors. No elevator for this hotel. Staff has been very helpful in carrying our luggages but my concern is their health safety that sooner or later they will have back problems. Hopefully management will do best not only for the customers but for their staff as well."

"We stayed here as a base for Goodwood Revival, with the event being around an hour away. Upon arrival, the hotel is covered in scaffolding as there are ongoing building works. "Check in process was long as only 1 receptionist (who was arguing with the people she was serving, before realising she’d made a mistake). Bed was comfy, however all pillows (including spares) were firm. Bathroom was dirty & had mould around the bath as well as a limescale covered shower head. Shower head itself had the pipe pointing at the wall so couldn’t turn it properly without flooding the bathroom. No bag in bathroom bin. Paid for a lake view room, but windows were filthy with dust and...

"للاسترخاء فقط ، الي يحب المشي في وسط الطبيعة ممتاز لممارسه رياضة المشي في الهواء الطلق بين المسطحات الخظراء ، السبا ممتاز في خدمات المساج ، الكوفي والمطعم جيده ، في خيول و بقر لكن البحيرة توجد ولا تستطيع الجلوس عندها لانها غير مهيئة للجلوس تحيط بها الأعشاب مرتفعه جدا ، انصح اي احد يبي يبعد عن لندن والإزعاج يروح استرخاء فقط جلسه الكوفي وقت الغروب خيال حدها ثلاث ليالي ، انا قضيت هناك ليله واحده فقط بس لو جلست يوم ثاني عادي حلو المكان بس اكثر اتخيل أمل منه"
