The ooutdoor hot tub and waterfeature was a pleasant tough. The indoor pool was warm and inviting. Being right on the bike path was extra special.

I called 1 day in advance to upgrade my check-in, instead of 16hrs, I approved to be charged $$ so the check in could be at 13:30 but the option was not available !! I really disagree that when check-out, I was charged $$ for the concept of "Hotel Service Fee", due to I requested to take the breakfast at the Bistro Picollo. Added to that the SAUNA was out of service. We asked for the assistance and the answer was, it's not working. I do NOT recommend the place. We paid a considerable amount of money and we expect that services are functionals. =/

The hotel is quite nice, it has great features and is quite pleasant to stay in. One downside was the AC wasn't turned on prior to arrival so the room was rather warm. With children, it is a bit difficult to manage, for everything else, it was great!

I was a little disappointed that when we arrive at dinner time the restaurant was closed. And wanted to try the pool but it was closed on Monday. We really wanted to try the pool.

Worth the price!

Very clean, amazing hotel! Awesome furniture with elaborate carvings in a rich, red-brown hardwood. Even the bathroom mirror and vanity matched. No cheap paper cups in the bathroom, but real glass. Even the toiletries were in cute little bottles. The only minor detail that could have improved it is the flooring was vinyl, not carpet or hardwood as one would expect in such a high quality place.

Staff was not friendly at all. Stayed there 5 days visiting friends and never had house keeping come. Restaurant is only open on some nights. Breakfast is not very good - much better places for similar price just down the street. Rooms sufficed but would not stay here ever again.

VIP people from Africa took over a part of my level with two bodyguards in the corridor close to my door. There was a lot of noise with a bunch of people from this delegation speaking loudly in the corridor. I took some days off there for resting. That wasn't great at all. No microwave in the room. Breakfast disgusting so I went in town. Nice building but nothing worthing in it. I won't come back

The person checking us in refused to speak English to us! This is disappointing- seeing that I’m a tourist in the area. The hotel is cute and clean, though a bit dated. But my check in experience was disheartening.

Seemed old. Spa wasn’t open. Staff seemed grumpy. Pools were smaller than they appeared and the outside one was covered in sand. Room couldn’t be cleaned because of covid (?). Our room clock was still on daylight savings time which made us think no one had used the room in awhile. I was expecting way more for the price.
