It’s hard to keep all three levels comfortable (no zone thermostats), so bear that in mind. Secure, private. A fast train runs very close but isn’t disruptive. Otherwise, quiet neighborhood with facilities nearby. The advertised “year round” refers only to the hot tub. BEFORE YOU COMMIT, contact the property manager for dates the heated pool is available. I failed to do so and had some disappointed granddaughters. But they enjoyed the hot tub. "
