"Heads up for anyone wanting to rent this place: We had our stay cancelled at the last second. This guest house is part of a larger property that is its own separate listing, but if someone rents the main property they can use the guest house too and you'd never know because VRBO will say it's still available. The host seemed apologetic though, and we did get a refund, but we had to go through VRBO to get it because he was not answering any phone calls or emails. The place looks nice, and I'm sure it would have been a good time, but if you're going to book this, double check that no one else is at the main property first."

"Overall we enjoyed our stay at the house. The kids loved the hot tub and having fires in the back yard. We loved seeing the local deer roam through the neighborhood too. The house layout was great, plenty of room for our family to spread out and relaxed. We played some of the boardgames there and enjoyed movies at night to wind down. The walk to the beach wasn't too bad, but be prepared to hike down a lot of stairs to get there. We would come back again, we enjoyed our time here."
