"The house is very large with a lot of wasted space. There’s very little counter space in the kitchen. There’s plenty of room for an island. The furniture is a mish mash of different pieces that look like they came from Good Will. The kitchen chairs have broken parts. The bathroom towels look like rags that I’ve thrown away. The kitchen garbage can was filthy with garbage on the inside lid. The freezer had ice trays instead of an ice maker. We had to purchase ice. The bathrooms are next to each other down a long hallway quite aways from four of the bedrooms. Makes it inconvenient for using the bathroom in the middle of the night. For the price we expected a much more upscale place. We will not use this VRBO again. "

"We had a fantastic stay. The screened in porch has the most amazing view. It’s a lovely, comfortable home for a family of five. We love the quick, easy walk to the beach and less than 10 minute drive to the grocery store and great restaurants. "

"This house was a great place to chill. We had 10 family members stay and there was a lot of room to spread out and relax as well as having enough hot water for everyone, which was a plus. Definitely a 10/10 and would chill again."

"Our stay at the cottage was exactly the relaxing experience we were seeking. It is cozy, thoughtfully designed, and well-appointed with all the things you need unwind. Our dog was able to amble around the fenced yard, and then we walked across the street to walk the paved trail. It was perfect for our needs of travelling with a senior puppo. The hot tub was the selling point for us, and it did not disappoint! Jason was very responsive and conscientious, and we highly recommend making this a destination for anyone needing a break from stress."

"Holes in the walls ,old out dated furniture ,refrigerator barely worked ,wasnt get cold enough and the ice maker didnt work .needs a lot of upgrades ,the owner should let guests know theres alot of steps to climb "

"My friends and I really enjoyed our cozy winter stay! The kitchen was large with plenty of room to cook and hang out and had all the amenities and supplies. I appreciate how many sinks and bathrooms there were so each group could have their own space. Some things to note: It's an old house so sometimes temperature control was odd (it'd feel too cold then too hot). The place is well renovated for modern comfort but there are some quirks. "

"This property is an excellent location for beach access and scenery. We even had deer greet us. The inside is outdated which makes it feel like it’s not clean. We were left with no toilet paper and garbage bags. TV has Roku and you need to create an account if you don’t have one. We’ve never had a rental without tv service. The property manager was quick at responding to our questions. Location is the #1 draw here."
