Staff was friendly - for example - I am a grad student and asked if was able to print if need be (assignment was due that weekend) and the desk team member was extremely welcoming and explained to let her know if there’s anything I need Our room was well kept and clean! When we head back to Michigan - we will stay again. Highly recommended. "
