"They let us check-In early, which was great, however, the person who checked us in basically gave us our keys and no other information. We didn’t know about breakfast, nor were we given the small paper insert with the Wi-Fi code. We found out about it thru my sister-in-law who was also staying at the hotel. Other than this, the room was very tidy and the hotel overall was clean and well kept. All staff we encountered was friendly. We took the shuttle to the airport, it was on time, and the driver was super friendly and helpful with our luggage."

"At check in the manager on duty was thorough with explaining the process of things and amenities. I enjoyed the discount at the bakery, definitely a must for pastries, room is close to grant park, the walls are thin and you can hear the outside noise but after walking all day you’re tired enough it doesn’t matter. "
