You are just a five-minute walk from the best French restaurants in the Caribbean and a five-minute drive to the supermarket. We never experience water shortages because we have a cistern. Quiet and secluded beaches are just a few minutes away. English, French, Spanish, and a little German are spoken.

Pierre’s place is clean, comfortable, quiet, perfectly located, and fully/thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities. He’s a caring and responsive yet unobtrusive host. Loved having a large, full-size refrigerator/freezer, grill, laundry machine & effective AC unit. Fast internet, local phone line, and smart tv w Netflix all great. Can’t wait to return & stay here again!

Quiet sanctuary in the heart of Grand Case

Pierre’s place was exactly what we had hoped for when we booked…close to all the action in Grand Case but quiet and private. It had all the amenities we needed for a two week stay, including laundry facilities and outdoor shower. The option of spending time in a screen room (for rain or mosquitoes) or sitting outside in our tiny walled patio was lovely. All of the cafes, bars and restaurants were within a 2-10 minute walk. The beautiful public beach at Le Petit Plage was an easy 10 minute walk in the opposite direction but we often just swam in Grand Case Bay at the end of our lane. Pierre was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay and made our first visit to Saint Martin a special one. Merci!
