"This is a decent property in a convenient location. It's looking fairly worn inside though. Our room had a sloppy patch job on the ceiling that looked to be recent, as the drywall texture they'd used was slopped onto the wall and not cleaned up. Tub drain was slow. Walls and corners were beat up. It was clean but not in great condition overall.
The "amenities" in the bathroom were terrible though; really low-end soap/shampoo in wall-mounted dispensers that simply did not work. I had to open them up and squeeze each internal tube to dispense anything. While I prefer the wall-mounts to throwing out a lot of individual plastic for each guest, these were sub-par to the point of being almost unusable and the soap/shampoo themselves were dollar store quality items. That's an easy fix.
The rest of the property was fine. We didn't use the hot tubs but did walk around the central area and it all looked clean. The property in general was quiet-- away from the tubs/patios --and I appreciated that. Staff were welcoming and helpful."
"We stayed two nights and it was a very positive experience overall. Nice suite, nice staff, good breakfast. Only question I'd have is why they didn't come in and at least change the towels during the day we were out, Still would highly recommend based on our experience and would choose again when in the area."
"Attention to detail cleaning could be better. Like dusting the back sides of the lamps too etc. But the bedding was nice a clean. Bathroom was clean. Just quite a few hair on the floor"

8/10 Good
"Its an old building but cleanliness is maintained. Breakfast was great if they have enough for everybody. Went down to have breakfast at 8am today, no sausage, no bacon, no eggs, no coffee and no creamer. Maybe they had so many guests today, but never experience this from their other locations."
