"It says under amenities that there is an elevator, asked staff and looked for one. I stayed on the 2nd floor and I had Open Heart Surgery in Jan so I had to bring my suitcase and everything up to the 2nd floor. Also nothing on the website to indicate that the pool was "Closed!!" That is one thing I always look forward to is the pool. The Staff was very helpful and pleasant!"

"This place is not for traveling professionals. There are lots of, what seemed to be, homeless families/people. They do not clean the rooms and only supply you with two towels and two washcloths. It is also unbelievably loud. "

"Location was beautiful. Did not expect to enter the unit thru the bathroom, although it was an updated, lovely bathroom. The suite (actually a master bedroom)was very clean & the bed and linens, very nice and comfortable. Again, very clean. Refrigerator/freezer and microwave provided. But as a suite there was no ability for fixing breakfast i.e. no toaster, paper plates, and plastic utensils were provided. There was no A/C thermostat in the suite. The air conditioning must’ve been controlled by the main house. They did have it set at a comfortable level and there was a ceiling fan which we used. The walk-in closet had luggage racks which made it very easy to organize clothing and essentials.it was surprising to find out on the itemized bill that the price of the suite was doubled by all the fees added. For example, there were two of us, we were charged 70 for “additional guests”. Location was lovely and convenient for our vacation purposes. We enjoyed sitting outside by the lake and watching the wildlife."
