rooms were clean, air conditioner worked well. The only thing is it looks outdated in some parts, it smelled like humid/wet dog/pee in the hallway. But aside from that the hotel is nice and the rooms are nice as well.
Good stay. Nice room. The hallways smelled extremely bad. Once you got in the room it smelled good and clean. We had to keep the door closed at all times
Nice place for the price. Wish their restaurant would have been opened but they still hs nice breakfast snacks. King Mattresses dont have a topper so they are a little firm
I heard they had new owners. They were very friendly and nice! Helped when needed. Place was clean and beautiful views! Just wish they had the restaurant opened but understandable they were in transit of new owners. Hot tub was great and the pool was huge!
The price was good and even thought it’s a bit older it was clean. The lobby smelled old but was updated and the room didn’t smell so that’s good.
The weight rack is missing a bunch of weights but there are a few cardio machines.
We didn’t use the pool but it looked good and there was a hot tub also.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The location was excellent for a concert nearby. However, lobby bathrooms were dirty, missing paper towels rolls, soap, and toilet papers on floor. The room was OKay. Yet, elevator nearby was out of order. I guess that is okay since I didn’t have a lot of foot traffic with the elevator being down.
The staff is friendly and very helpful. Maintenance seems to be low priority. The “breakfast buffet” was weak coffee and 2 cereal options. Location was great for downtown access, but definitely overpriced.
Despite the negative reviews I decided to stay here, I had a good day, room was comfortable, good view, hot tub was hot, Hotel is a little outdated but my stay was great... the restaurant that everybody is complaining about is not part of the hotel, it is attached, but it is a separate entity, it is not open, but there are many other places to visit/eat in the vicinity.
Honestly the place looks ok online and from the outside however once you get inside its kind of a mess , the hallways smell like cigarettes and dirt. My room the pillow looked clean when I walked in but then once I start to get ready for bed I realize the pillow cases had not been changed and smelled awful like sweat and it was covered in whoever stayed before me hair , the bathroom tub and shower looked gross honestly the tub needed to have been cleaned better. The shower head literally shot out rusty orange water. Hair all over the bathroom floor. This place needs a deep cleaning bad and fresh coat of paint really bad. It has alot of potential but just falls really short. I mean the only good thing I have to say is the staff were helpful and nice even with the rushes of people that came in and out they stayed ontop of it.. I probably wont stay here again the next time im in town.
The cost of the room I was expecting more. Outdated rooms/furniture, paint pealing off the walls, shower appearance and condition of the carpet.
The staff was great! Very helpful and friendly. The overall appearance of the hotel needs to be improved.
Room was good. The elevator closer to our room failed and was not repaired during our stay. Breakfast was as poor as any I have experienced in a hotel.

Our room was fair, as far as cleanliness and upkeep. In the bathroom, part of the ceiling was peeling off. The hotel itself needs updating... big time! The restaurant was closed during our stay, which was not mentioned on the website. The restaurant looked like it hadn't been updated since the 80's. You also had a lovely scenic view of an old factory across the dirty river while eating breakfast. Oh, and speaking of that, The "complimentary" breakfast was pathetic at best.. worst I've ever seen. There were also poor homeless people across the street in the highway off-ramp median, begging for money, and sometimes those same people were found sleeping outside the main entrance of the hotel in the early morning. I felt bad for them, but some people also felt a little unsafe. Well, needless to say, I won't be staying here again.
They would not let my 21 year old daughter check in because the reservation was in my name and not hers, even though we do have the same last name. The bar/restaurant area was not open. The hotel is outdated, but they have done remodeling. Room was clean. Expensive for what we got.
Everything was great and the staff were pleasant and helpful

The staff was great and friendly, but the rooms do seem a little bit older. Housekeeping stopped by our room the first day, but we had not left yet, so we declined them to come. I was surprised that while we were out the second day, they did not bother with our room. Also, we wanted to enjoy the pool and hot tub, but the hot tub had filth all along the edges. We told the hotel staff and it was still filthy the next day. Overall, I thought the price we paid was way too much for the quality of the stay.
