"This property has a great location on the channel, boardwalk and downtown shops. It’s quaint, in a large Victorian house with very small bedrooms. The bed was quite comfortable. They provide 4 pillows of all different firmness/softness. Water pressure in shower is great. Breakfast is cold but adequate. They offer snacks and beverages all day. The outside is rundown and needs paint but it’s minimal compared to the great stay inside."

"Charming inn with an amazing view. Our Inn Keeper Linda was a gem. She is personable, has a keen attention to detail and is very accommodating, she made breakfast each morning. Had fresh coffee readyat 7am sharp . Our room was very clean the beds were comfortable. It is very quiet. They were book for our weekend and the other guests were great! Highly reccomend. Will definitely go back. Thank you Brian."

"What a location and sunset view! Is a modern unit with kind of quirky/eclectic furnishings. If you have knee issues, going up and down the stairs can be a bit much. However, the beach view more than makes up for this inconvenience. I would definitely stay here again!"

"As others have noted, you cannot beat this central location to downtown Grand Haven. Condo neighbors were friendly and gracious and host was excellent communicator. Amenities definitely sufficient for 3 night stay."

"Great location and beautifully renovated downstairs since we stayed there last. There were 7 of us for part of the week and the cottage had plenty of areas for everyone to relax. We couldn't use the deck, however, because the cushions on the nice furniture there never dried out. (It only rained one day, but the cushions were wet when we arrived and wet when we left!)Going up the stairs, in the double bedroom at the top left, the bed collapsed during the night because a slat holding the mattress up fell out. While fixing it, our son found that 2 other slats had previously fallen out and were also under the bed and put them back also.In all, a lovely, comfortable cottage!"
