"Overall stay was good. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen roomy enough and the bathroom was impeccable. Drawbacks were refrigerator seemed to go in and out, the air conditioner/heater never heated and the table chairs were flimsy and dangerous. A good desk is needed for that location as it is so close to the hospitals and people need to use their laptops and study/read. Overall good stay, cleanliness and location was great. "

"Here are some things that would improve the stay: Need bigger coffee maker makes only enough for one person Coffee mugs cracked Teflon pans in poor condition Need stainless steel colander Exterior of windows need thorough cleaning lots of spider webs Driveway is hazardous for normal cars it scraped the hell out of the bottom of my Toyota Dishwasher does not accommodate your dishes either provide smaller dishes or better dishwasher Need Kleenex in bathrooms"

"We rented Rafael’s place for an extended weekend for our son’s recent graduation from the University of Redlands! What a great place! Location is only 0.8 miles from the University. Close to fun restaurants and cute shops in downtown Redlands. Great grocery store within walking distance called Redlands Ranch market! They have a great cocina in the back of the store which offers delicious authentic Mexican food to eat there of take with you! The 2bedroom 2 bath unit is beautifully decorated! So...
