"Spacious, Great Location, and Responsive ManagementOur party of eight—four adults, two grandparents, and two kids (ages 6 and 9)—had a wonderful stay. The property matches the photos perfectly, and the layout provided the ideal balance of shared spaces and privacy for a multi-generational group. We loved the warm welcome with fresh flowers and a card.Location & AmenitiesThe location is unbeatable: an easy walk to Wailea Beach, local shops, the property pool, and the main road. The home was clean and fully stocked with everyday supplies to keep things tidy during our stay.Maintenance & ServiceWe did run into several frustrating appliance issues during our stay—including a bedroom ceiling fan breaking, an AC unit that stopped cooling due to a very dirty filter, a non-heating dryer, a non-functioning stove hood, and faulty outdoor grill igniters. Management was able to fix everything except the last two issues during our stay. They were prompt, respectful, and genuinely dedicated to resolving every issue they could. Technicians arrived quickly, provided temporary solutions (like bringing a portable fan while a replacement was ordered), and management worked with us directly to reach a fair, mutual agreement for the inconvenience.OverallWhile the appliance hiccups were unfortunate, the management response, incredible location, and spacious design made this a memorable family vacation. We would gladly return as all issues should be resolved."

"The condo was the perfect size for our 8 family members, 5 adults and 3 kids ages. 8, 6, and 3 months. Everyone had their own private space and the kitchen and living area was spacious and met all of our needs. It was very comfortable for our week long stay. The property was wonderful with a well equipped gym that we used every day and great pool and beach facilities. We loved the convenience of being able to walk to the beach and have lounge chairs and umbrellas set up for us. The beach attendants were wonderful and especially attentive to our needs. There were plenty of towels and sunscreen readily available. The Wailea Shops across the street had great shopping opportunities as well as nearby restaurants.We did have a few maintenance issues in the condo, but the maintenance people showed up promptly and fixed the problems. The stove was not working well though and took a long time to heat up, so someone should take a look at it. Other then that, everything went well."
