"Spacious, bar and dining room were very inviting. We decided to eat dinner in the dining room. Beds were very comfortable. All was clean. thank you."

"I loved the beautiful trees and the river right next to the property. There is a walkway between chairs and it is great for a view or pictures! There is a gas station right next to the hotel, which is super convenient if you ever forget something. There is also a restaurant attached to the hotel, and the food is decent, a tad bit expensive, but decent. They speak fluent French there, but some employees speak some English as well, so if you’re an English speaker you’ll feel a little out of place, but you can get the help you need. I will say the beds had some hair on them, and the TV didnt work, but other than that, very pleasant stay, and I would absolutely stay again."

"This was a surprise. It was a bit of detour for us. Unbeatable price, a sense of elegance, very friendly staff and hot breakfast. We like it. Also recommend the Restaurant Palace and the other one by the river and iron bridge(forgot the name )."

"The gardens and views of the St Lawrence from our room was spectacular. The common areas in the downstairs were fantastic. We loved this place. The ambiance and vibe here was incredible. Just don’t look too closely. It needs a new roof and some of the renovations in our room weren’t the best but we didn’t care. This was our favourite place we stayed at in Charlevoix this week. "
