"The room quality is very, very good and the hotel itself is beautiful. But the real stand out is the staff! Especially the restaurant staff. They are so helpful and accommodating. I truly felt important to them and they took very good care of me and my family. The game room is amazing as well, my daughter met some new friends there and had an amazing experience. Great food, a 24 hour concierge, helpful staff, convenient location and great views from the room. They even gave us a 1 hour extension at check out to accommodate a delay in our flight."

"Five-star hotel with true five-star service! The staff were very helpful and accommodating, and went out their way to make our stay enjoyable. Facilities are stunning (on newer side) and good amenities with tennis/paddle/pickelball courts, gym and heated pool. Only thing missing for a five-star hotel at that price range would be a sauna and/or steam room. Breakfast was included and very good. Would stay again."
