"The most credit goes to the very friendly and attentive staff. We requested to be moved to a two separate beds room as I had mistakenly booked a room with a single bed. They made that happen the very next day! The valet parking was so convenient and they always brought the car around at the time I would request them to. They made eveything so easy, The hotel's location was fantastic. Walkable from so many spots we wanted to visit and was also right above a subway line. The building has so much character as it is a converted old train station with still the same charm. The only thing I would like to add as hopefully a constructive feedback is to have more shelf space in the shower area for toileteries. Overall I would totally recommend this hotel in a heartbeat,"
