"Communication with the Host was very prompt and professional even with the language barrier. Stayed 5 weeks and host came to maintain lawn and ensured all we going well and we had what we needed. Met us at the property to check in and provided instructions on how to operate various appliances. Hosts (Patrick and Sylvie) provided great hospitality and welcomed with cold local adult beverages. "Ce fut une expérience désastreuse. On nous avait vendu une maison adaptée aux personnes en fauteuil roulant, et à notre grande surprise, à notre arrivée, nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à y accéder.De plus, la piscine était sale à notre arrivée et, pour couronner le tout, après notre départ, ils nous ont facturé 200 sous prétexte que nous avions cassé un placard, alors que nous ne l'avions même pas touché."

"We had a brilliant family holiday at "LA Tourniére" - the location was in a quiet area and a perfect location within a 5 min walk of Navarosse Beach. Sylviane was a great host and the accommodation had most items that we needed for a 10 day stay to make it feel like a "home from home". The accommodation was spacious and the garden was a nice size to spend some time relaxing. Would definitely recommend!"

Pierre & Vacances Résidence Domaine de Gascogne Biscarrosse

8/10 Good

"Check-in was a little confusing, we arrived at 19:30 so reception was closed, i didn't receive an email with the details i needed so had to call the number to get the code for the key box. The place is nice, but there's not much around that doesn't close early, so make sure you have supplies if arriving late or you'll be getting a pizza from the vending machine...We did, wasn't actually bad! The room could have been cleaner, bathroom was dusty. The balcony needed a good clean. Kitchenette was clean but that's because you have to make sure it's spotless before you leave. Wasn't expecting two single beds (sure we told them a double) and really wasn't expecting to make the beds too. You also need to strip them before you leave. You need to empty all the bins too, and put them in the big bin in the carpark. Pool area, very nice, very clean. Perfect for relaxing. General area. Plenty of parking, we were on a motorbike and had no issues with anything. On site they have 3 washing machines and 1 dryer, payable by card. The washing machines already have powder in. 2 washers and 1 dryer was out of service during our stay. If you walk to the bottom of the road, turn left and walk for about 15 minutes you get to a water sports centre, you can also get food and drink there. If you drive to the bottom of the road and turn right for 15 minutes you can find supermarkets, petrol stations, restaurants and shops. Overall we had a lovely stay, we'd go back, just a little more prepared"

Spacious house with luxury comfort quality services. Heated pool 4-star rated

10/10 Excellent

"We were a big family group of 14 and the house offered very good accommodation, bedrooms worked and the kitchen and dining areas were spacious and offered all equipment needed. The several outside areas offered spaces to take a break. The pool was very clean and enjoyed by all the children. For the youngest ones the house offered great toys to keep them happy. Between both Bicarrosse lake and beach it offered easy access to beach areas. Booking through the owner Benedicte was easy and he was very understanding given the recent forest fires in the area. On site, Ludvine was there to help when needed. I have no reservations in recommending the property."
