"Nice, big apartments and great location. We stayed here last year also. Check in experience isn't great. They have absolutely no luggage storage. That would be a huge improvement for this place. I'd even pay extra. For the 2nd year in a row we had to make our own beds but weren't given enough sheets or pillow cases, and reception open hours are extremely limited. It has a sauna and steam room, but you need to pay and book to use these. It's difficult to plan ahead for the exact 30 minute window you want to use it days in advance. Simple changes to the customer experience could make this a great location"

The apartment is in a great location, short walk to the slopes, shops and restaurants and is very comfortable for 2 but would also be great for a family of 4.Excellent communication from Dan and easy to collect the keys. Parking very close by at 10euros a day but you can park right outside the apt for 1.30 hrs to unpack. Flaine is a great ski resort for everyone. "
