"Nice, big apartments and great location. We stayed here last year also. Check in experience isn't great. They have absolutely no luggage storage. That would be a huge improvement for this place. I'd even pay extra. For the 2nd year in a row we had to make our own beds but weren't given enough sheets or pillow cases, and reception open hours are extremely limited. It has a sauna and steam room, but you need to pay and book to use these. It's difficult to plan ahead for the exact 30 minute window you want to use it days in advance. Simple changes to the customer experience could make this a great location"

I stayed on my own but it'd be perfect for families too and has everything you need for a ski holiday at a more than reasonable price. I’m not sure we could have picked a better location (for the skiing and the town) We had the first few days without our luggage (it was lost en route to Geneva) and whilst it was not the fault of the hotel, this was such a difficult time for us, I feel like they maybe could have been more helpful given our circumstances so have rated the service a lower score.
