"I booked this hotel as it had Parking stated for fee , however, upon arrival, no parking available, which made me have to go look for parking and roll bags around , also coffee machine broken. Hotel outdated overall. Great location though. If you’re there for a short period of time this is a good spot."

"The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We ate in the Italian restaurant on the first night and the buffet restaurant the second. Both were very good, with the buffet in particular represented good value for so much choice. The location is excellent for walkers in the summer and skiers in the winter as several runs end at the hotel and the cable car is a one minute walk away. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. There were live singers in the lounge one evening which was fun and added to our enjoyment It wasn’t clear when we booked that there is a charge of €17 per person per day to use the pool and gym, which was very disappointing and very expensive for a family of 5 to have a quick swim before dinner, so we didn’t bother. This should have been made clear before booking. We had a lovely stay and I’d recommend staying here."

"The hotel staff are exceptional and the room spotless, buffet breakfast is good, evening dinner excellent, WiFi fast, and the location in Encamp brilliant with (payable) parking and bus stops outside."

"Slope access was excellent ski in ski out. Receptionist was Brill and sorted out an issue upon arrival with great skill. It's quite a steep walk up and down to shops and bars so be prepared for that."

"Accommodating, clean and convenient, we had this 3-bed flat for a week and had a great time. Parking is a bit tricky, some furniture needed replacing, but it was minor issue. Could have left more soap, bin bags, etc. No balcony nor view but these are available as extra. Will be back!"
