"Really was a lovely place to stay. Staff always helpful and chatty. Room was immaculate and so was the hotel. I really cannot fault. The food was excellent with lots of choice and fresh. They certainly did not cut corners with lovely meat dishes, lots of fresh fruit, fresh breads really nice. My ONLY small criticism was that we chose this hotel because it showed a swimming pool and hot-tub. However they didn't make it clear that you have to PAY EXTRA for this EVERY time. "Stayed here for 7 nights, with a revolving group of people coming and going. This was a perfect location for a relaxed holiday. We stayed at home for dinner a couple of the nights and we loved being able to have breakfast at home everyday. Several restaurants and apres locations are very walkable as well. The apartment is convenient to the ski lifts at El Tarter and very convenient to shopping at Caves Manacor. I would definitely stay at this property again."

"The location of the property is great for skiing- ( minute walk to the Canillo gondola. Restaurants and grocery nearby. The apartment was small but adequate for 4 people. Clean and warm. The property company was rather disorganized. We arrived to find that our assigned parking space was occupied. Then we were assigned a temporary spot which was also occupied. The apartment did not have enough utensils for 4 people (the official occupancy) and there was not enough hot water for 4 people to...

"The apartment overall was nice and clean enough, however the service we received from the group managing the hotel was appalling. They don't speak a word of English, the drive to pick up the keys is 25 minutes, When we reported that there was water leaking on the floor, the washing machine not even plumbed I , and the pillowcases FAR too small for the pillows provided, we received no response to our three emails , even though we emailed within their specified 48 hr time frame. "Si vous devez vous rendre dans cet établissement en famille, n'y penser même pas... Nous avons fait nuit blanche : Musique à fond toute la nuit...jusqu'à l''intervention des services de police à 7h45 !!! Hurlements, claquement de portes, disputes toute la nuit ! Que des jeunes qui boivent et laissent leurs verres dans les escaliers et sur les rebords des fenêtres ! Une horreur avec 3 enfants en bas âge... La propreté est à revoir. Pas de mécanisme pour la chasse d'eau...le top !"

"Right next to the chairlift and site office, with a large variety of restaurants and ski rental shops within the building complex. The room was just sufficient for us (2 adults and 2 kids) - the room on the top floor was nice with a separate bed in the attic. Reasonably quiet, as we asked, but rather noisy from 8pm until midnight. Staff could be more friendly (though they were efficient). Ask for parking arrangements in advance... "

"Hotel is gedateerd, maar prima voor twee nachtjes. De prijs was daar ook naar. Voor parkeren dien je te betalen. Parkeren kan op twee plaatsen, namelijk onder het hotel in een prive garage of langs de weg. Gratis WiFi in de lobby en met een beetje geluk ook goed ontvangst in de kamer. De keuken met koelkast is ook fijn. De ligging ten opzichte van het centrum is prima. Een klein stukje naar beneden lopen en je bent in het centrum."

"L appartement est bien situé (entre Andorre la vieille et le pas de la case) mais la vue est affreuse (vue sur 2 murs) ce n est pas ce que nous espérions après 800 km ... Le clic clac est a jeter, pas de protège matelas, couvertures sales (heureusement qu il faisait chaud...), vaisselle restreinte, une machine à laver qui ne prend pas la lessive, un vasque ds sdb pour 5 pers. C est pas pratique. Le prix intéressant (362 euros) pour 1 semaine après le 15 août. Il faut rajouter 4 euros par jour...
