"So room was nice and big, what we didn’t like is that we had to pay for the sheets for every bed. This is the first time this has ever happened checking in and being asked if I have the sheets and it will be 12 eruo for each bed and to top it off I had to clean it myself or pay them to clean my room. We have been on many vacations never have we been charged extra for them to clean the room. And fyi the room was not that clean when we got there with panties in the trash can. Mona Montreux

10/10 Excellent

"Mona Montreux was the best hotel experience we had while in Switzerland! Its location was ideal! 5 minute walk from train, right on the promenade near restaurants. The hotel was spotless, there were a lot of complimentary perks: bike and stand up paddle boards free of charge, free bottles of water and iced tea while on the sun roof/jacuzzi area, free popcorn and coffee/ cappuccino in lobby. Nice bathrobe and slippers included. Room was beautiful! And the view was amazing of lake Geneva. The front desk staff was wonderful! One small issue was our room wasn’t ready at check-in time but that was ok, the staff held our bags and we went to visit vineyards. Would highly recommend Mona Montreux!!!!!"
