"Room was very clean. Check in was easy. The front desk clerk was polite and friendly and assisted in recommending pizza."

Neither Expedia nor the property's own listings make this clear. They need to be honest about this in their advertising. Second, privacy and security are real concerns. "If you have dogs this is the perfect place right in the beach, quiet and staff are nice."
