"Room was discussing Staff was friendly Had to wake them up cause of time checked in :( Broke my toe from the bed after bed fell when I sat on it and broke staff had to come put bed on floor, all around bad experience had to leave and they moved me to different hotel 2 blocks away which was better but not much no hose keeping dirty towels hot tub not working. "

"Overall this is a nice unit but could be better with some attention. The unit could use a fresh coat of paint on the inside. Lighting could be better in the master bedroom. Coffee pot lid is broken. The pool is really nice but very cold. There appears to be a pool heater but I was told it's an unheated pool. We chose this one because of the pool but might not have if I noticed it was unheated. If the heater works possibly offering an up charge to use it for the week would be a good option. The hottub water was yellow and there was sand in the bottom. It was serviced twice while we were there and it didn't change. We didn't use it. Overall this was a nice unit but could be better if it had some attention given to it. "

"Our stay was great. Covered parking was nice in the 103 temps! Host communication was fast and easy. Everything was spotless. Comfortable bed :) Very easy in and out of location and lots of food places nearby.I left a book behind and our host offered to send it to me. I asked for a venmo to pay and he said he would take care of it! That was amazing as it was a library book that I would have had to pay for! Thanks Harrison!"

"Great home and host. The heated pool and spa was great. The pool toys could be improved, but overall we had a great time. It was close to all the activities we wanted to do: hike at Superstition Mountain, ASU baseball game and Spring Training games. "
