"We only stayed one night this time, but I have to give a five star rating for the over all experience. We were out of town for our son's birthday, and of all days, our car decided to act up due to a battery issue. My husband and I were very stressed about the trip and trying our best not to let the kids sense it. After a day at the zoo and then chuck E cheese, we carefully made it to the hotel. We were absolutely exhausted, but check in was quick and easy and we were in our room shortly after. We of course scoured the room before settling in and putting our things away. We found that we needed extra pillows and blankets for the pullout sofa so we went downstairs to ask. The gentleman was very nice and gave us what we needed promptly. We also learned that the elevators were both out of order before we arrived, but we're fixed the same day. Since we were on the fifth floor, this was a great relief to us. The shower/bath was super hot. The soap smelled wonderful and didn't dry our skin out. There were plenty of towels and wash clothes for all of us. The beds were very comfortable and the ac and heaters both worked very well and quickly. Also, the blackout shades made it feel like midnight, even in the morning. The greatest part for us, was that when we called down in the morning, we spoke with the manager, Scarlet. We asked for an extra hour for checkout since we got there later in the evening and had issues with the car. She was beyond accommodating!! She didn't hesitate! She w"

New decorations, new decor great service place still undergoing some renovations, needed reservations, adore the bathroom was crumbling, but he reminder things and obviously things that they’re fixing… The place is nice… Breakfast was great and served by really nice people. 5 stars!
