"This rustic cabin was the ideal " home away from home" for my first visit to Vermont. It had all the amenities one could ask for, yet at the same time had a distinct "glamping" vibe. The town of Warren, just 3 miles away, is charming and there is an endless array of hiking opportunities in the immediate area, including a beautiful trail right outside your front door. I wanted to visit all the small towns along route 100 and after visiting Stowe and Woodstock, both of which were teaming with tourists and traffic, I was so glad that I had chosen Warren as my home base. Finally I can't say enough about Jill and John who were superb communicators and gracious hosts. But be forewarned: Jill's culinary recommendations may cause weight gain!"

"This place was exactly as described! Host was wonderful to work with!! She left little "extras" like firewood and starter, makings for S'mores, welcome basket with yummy maple syrup and Cabot popcorn, and Starbucks coffee!! The place was immaculate, and had everything we needed, including spices, to grill and cook meals! The firepit in the evening was perfect for cool nights. Communication was excellent all the way through the stay. I really can't say enough about this place and this host. Would highly recommend, especially if you like being in the middle of nature, yet close enough to town. Thanks Daisy!!!"

"The house was gorgeous, clean and had everything needed for a relaxing visit. Yard and fire pit were gorgeous, watching sunset was beautiful, and on clear nights there were SO MANY stars visible. We visited in the summer and had good access to all sorts of hiking and outdoor activities in the green mountains, while the house itself felt secluded and peaceful. Absolutely would visit again."
