"Delightful stay at the Ullensvang Hotel—an oasis of beauty and tranquility! The fjord is unbelievably stunning and the property is both pristine and elegant. So many beautiful rooms throughout the property where you can sit with friends or quietly by yourself reading a book. Very thoughtful design that is highly grounded in historical context. The food was terrific as well. Stayed an entire week and didn’t want to leave. The town has a lot to offer-hiking, bakery, bistro, pizza restaurant with outdoor seating on the pier, cider farms, and ferry boats, as well as other accessible excursions, etc."

"Lovely hotel directly overlooking the fijord from our room. Dining was excellent, truly enjoyed both our meal as well as the wait staff Artemis. She was very friendly,helpful and we enjoyed our conversations with her throughout dinner. Bar was also excellent, lovely and different cocktails, it was also nice to have the shuffelboard in the bar area. Also amazing views of the fijord from the bar area. Would highly recommend this hotel!!"

"Amazing overnight stay at the Stalheim Hotel as a mid-point for our Norway-in-a-Nutshell tour. We absolutely loved the historic hotel. The lobby areas are wonderful for hanging out. Great service at the bar (as well as front desk and restaurant). We fell in love with the surrounding area - doing the hike to Nali and down the Stalheimskleiva winding road. Despite the age of the hotel, the rooms were very comfortable with nice showers and unbelievable views!"
