"The room was clean and tidy however the common areas like stairs and hallways show signs of wear and needed vacuuming. Our curtains didn't close all the way (room 222) and the breakfast was satisfactory but not stellar. Light bulbs in bathroom missing or nonfunctioning."
"This was my first time stay at Hotel Murano and I loved it. The room was clean. It was the middle of a heat wave but the AC worked great. The bed was SUPER comfortable. All the staff we interacted with were incredibly friendly, especially the restaurant and bar staff. I wish I had gotten their names so I could shout them out, but just know that the restaurant and bar are worth a stop in for the service and the food! My only complaint is that parking is kind of expensive- $30 a day- but there was plenty of it and it was better than having to find street parking.
