Sweet 101 one in the city bungalow

  • Sweet 101 is a bright, clean private Bungalow in town. With a full kitchen and dining table guests can cook and visit with ease. TV and WiFi provided. Towels and toiletries are ready for arrival. Complimentry coffee and treats from our local downtown merchants. The Bungalow is walking distance to downtown Grass Valley and the Nevada County Fair Grounds. We are also located just steps from a large City park that offers a nice playground, baseball fields, skate park, walking/biking trails and a disk golf course. Sweet 101 is an in town stay that won't disappoint. Both on and off street parking. The Bungalow sleeps two but could accommodate up to four.

Beautiful home, quiet location

This property was lovely. Tastefully decorated, well stocked, quiet location with 5 minute drive to downtown restaurants and shops. The owners were very responsive with a few questions we had. I would highly recommend this home. Will definitely stay again! Thank you to Matthew and Haven

Charming

This rental was absolutely charming, and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and house is situated in a lovely neighborhood to walk around in. It is exactly as pictures depict and stores and other community resources are nearby. Would recommend.

The perfect cosy and comfortable cottage!

I was busy and rushed on my recent trip to Grass Valley but this cottage was perfect. Cosy, and a real home away from home feel. Everything you could need for a Grass Valley getaway or in my case, hectic business trip. I’ll be back :)

I really liked the color of the stove, refrigerator, microwave and that it was retro!! They really thought of everything that you might need. And I loved that the owners were right next door in case you needed anything. I would definitely go back again, was in our price range, (affordable)!! Thank you very much👍

Sweet, Sweet 101

Charming, clean, cozy, comfy with all the conveniences you need. Haven and Mathew have done a good job making this your home from home. Decorated nicely with a touch of whimsical art and eclectic pieces. The retro kitchen is big and well appointed. We had a little problem with TV streaming but Haven was on the phone with Xfinity right away. We will be happy to got back.

Cozy cottage, but...

Very comfortable cottage in a great location, but the heat controls and supply a bit lacking. Primary cause was a 1 inch space at the bottom of the front door which created quite the draft. The hosts were very responsive to the problem and hopefully will solve the issue in the near future.

Sweet 101 is a charming cottage in a nice Grass Valley neighborhood, next door to the hosts' house. Matt and Haven have made a lovely little home away from home, and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Haven was out of town, but immediately responded to my text and let Matt know we had a question about the heating system. He came over quickly and helped us out. He was friendly and welcoming. The kitchen has everything you need. Local coffee provided was very good, and the coffee maker is just so cool. The bed was comfortable. The bedroom closet provides convenient space for your suitcase and hanging clothes. Heating in bedroom and living room is controlled by remote units and made the house so cozy and comfortable. The bathroom was stocked with good quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, as well as a blow dryer. WiFi was easy-connect and reliable. The decorator touches in this little house are delightful. The kitchen is a real treat. We hope to come back for another visit. Haven and Matt, you are thoughtful hosts. Thank you! -Venetia & Tom
