"This may be my favorite hotel I have stayed at in Europe. It is quiet, lovingly decorated, and it is right in the heart of town. Every attraction we wanted to see was within 15 minutes walking distance. Plenty of food and shopping only hundreds of feet away. The staff were super helpful and the bar was also a treat. If I ever come back to Graz, we will be staying here again. "

I asked person at desk (who leaves at 10pm) how does one lock from inside? She responded it’s a modern hotel no extra lock needed. Needless to say any master key card can open any door.
