"Nice comfortable room. Parking was really good. Bar and restaurant good area with friendly staff. Very small fridge and would be nice to have a toaster and minimal utensils. (I was aware of this prior to stay). Well located in city centre. Shame that demolition work started across the road about 6.30 on third morning of our stay-extremely noisy. Overall a pleasant stay and an enjoyable 4 days exploring the area."

"The Terrence restaurant was excellent. Staff generally very friendly, except for the breakfast restaurant. They seemed annoyed when we asked for poached eggs, there were no cups left for tea or coffee. Again, they said 'aren't there any at your table". Impatient when we asked for help. We had the Balmoral suite, the view was incredible. It was a superior room and the bath was very deep and luxurious. The grounds were very relaxing. "
