Enjoyed our stay in this hotel, friendly and helpful staff, good bar and dining are at reasonable prices. Located in the centre easy to shops, bars and restaurants. Room big and bed very comfortable.
The city Park was close by and the QVMuseum not far by foot. I did not use the wifi as my security advised it was not safe!
Our breakfast was not on our bill but I told the staff member we just had breakfast, so he added it. I appreciate it was busy. Loved the hotel.
We stayed for three nights. The room was great and the bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was obviously recently renovated and really nice.
The breakfast buffet was sufficient and offered a lot of options.
Though there was a rain shower in the bathroom, we missed a "normal" shower.
Also a safe for valuable items would have been good.

Great service, great location and excellent ambiance
Good sized room and efficient check-in. We stayed a night and did not eat there but it seemed a good “chain” sort of hotel - well run, clean and modern.
Hotel needs an update. Great location but rooms very dated. Toilet stained and carpet in hallways bubbled so I tripped - a definite hazard for an older person.
Room comfortable and spacious (room for suitcases a plus). Furniture dark, perhaps some may say outdated but bathroom good. Staff very nice. Hotel in a good posiiton, near shops and restaurants.
