"We booked the stay based on very good reviews. Unfortunately we were quite disappointed. Our room had a lovely design, very warm and cosy and spacious. However, the maintenance and amenities were low. The toilet was in a very small room behind a sliding door and the light in it did not work. Upon arrival we told the manager. She said it was some kind of security delay, and the door needs to be closed for a while for it to work. We kept the door closed all night. But still no light in the morning. Asked the manager to fix- she said someone will come that day, but we remained with no light in the toilet all 4 days of our stay. They dont change towels if you dont ask. We had to use some of the towels to dry the floor next to the shower cabin. Found out that the towel drier also does not work, couldnt dry our towels. No one at the reception for hours during the day to ask for new towels. So on 2nd day we washed with wet towels. Only later in the evening we got a hold of the manager for a change of towels. The place was said to have a hot tub. When going skiing, we only book stays with a hot tub! Day after our arrival we went skiing. Came back in the afternoon, and found out the hot tub is completely cold. Asked the manager to turn in on. She said she will. Of course it was not relevant for that day. Next day came back from skiing only to find out it was still off!! Wrote the manager again how disappointed we are, and following that msg, only on our last evening it was fixed."

"Beautiful chalet with great amenities. So nice to find accommodation in France with a kettle and lots of crockery, pots and pans. The drive is steep but that wasn't a problem as it wasn't icy when we stayed. Close to 3 bus stops, the easiest to get to is out the garden and follow the street round to the stop on the main road."

"The setup of the property was ideal for our family. It offered several features that helped keep all of us entertained, including a pool table, a dartboard, and a hot tub."

"An exceptional stay and a fantastic host, truly. The chalet was immaculate, spacious and had everything we needed (we had a party of ten - two families). The location was excellent, 5 mins outside of Morzine, 5 mins from Les Gets, 5 mins from Montriond and 15 mins from Ardent, meaning every day we had a choice about where to ski from which made for such a better ski holiday rather than skiing from the same place every day (Ardent was our favourite - great parking and so many different directions to ski from). You need a car obviously but it’s worth it. The host was also exceptional, friendly and communicative. He explained everything we needed in advance, was flexible with arrival and departure time and helped out whenever needed with queries. We’ll be back for sure!"

La cucina e il salotto sono perfetti per un gruppo numeroso (noi eravamo 9 adulti5 bambini)Anche se il meteo non è stato dei nostri, la casa dispone di una sala giochi e tanto tanto spazio...Ci siamo trovati benissimo!"

"A beautiful chalet for summer or winter. Extremely well equipped and spotless when we arrived. We stayed for 3 weeks, and felt right at home, and were sad to leave when the time came. Sue and Laura were fabulous hosts, giving help and recommendations, with thorough planning for our arrival and easy communications before, during and after the trip. Located in a lovely, quiet area close to forests, rivers and wonderful walks - pubs, restaurants and bakery a short walk too. Can’t recommend highly enough "

"Clean, comfortable, well stocked chalet that worked for 10 friends on a ski trip. I think it would be a squeeze with 12 but good for 10. Location was fine given the free bus but did feel a little out of town for popping in and out (30 minute walk when buses not running). We were fortunate with the check in and check out flexibility and Jo was very generous giving us that time. Thank you. "
