"Needs updating"

"The pool and hot tub were shut down for maintenance. That was not mentioned on their website when we booked and we were specifically looking at a hotel with a pool for the kids. Upon arrival, even though there were four employees standing around at the front desk, they were in no hurry to check me in. They informed me there would be a $50 Resort fee. I asked what that was for and was told it was for amenities. I asked if that included the pool and hot tub that were not available and was told yes. I asked if they would waive that fee since we were not informed at the time we booked that the pool would be closed. I was told it would be waived, but my bill was charged for $27."

"I was caught off gaurd when I was charged extra to park, it never mentioned in the reservation process that parking was extra. Cost to park with room seamed a little high considering room cost."

"Clean room, staff was helpful and parking and breakfast was bountiful "

"Everything was excellent. Only downside was having a door to the adjoining room so we were disturbed by next door’s television at 6 in the morning."

"The room itself was great. Clean and modern. However, there was some construction going on outside. Luckily we were on the top floor so we weren't bothered by it too much."

"The room was clean and the hotel was quiet, except for the occasional plane overhead but that is expected being directly across from the airport. There was an area of construction in the side parking lot and on the main street at the front of the building, but overall a good experiece at the hotel. The area is safe and there were no questionable passers by. The lobby is spacious and offers a nice area for working on laptops or sitting. I do recommend this hotel and will stay again when in the area."
