"I personally love having an in room K-Cup machine for my morning coffee. When our machine became jammed after two days, the staff very kindly sent an employee right away to our room with a brand new one. However, I did find it difficult to contact housekeeping for additional supplies (we had opted out of daily service). Twice I called and the phone kept ringing without being answered. So I took it upon myself to go out to the hallway to ask the maid for additional supplies, and surprisingly neither person I asked was very friendly. More like they seemed surprised I was asking for anything."

"Our stay was quick but very nice! Check in took a while because the people in front of us had apparently never checked into a hotel before. Not staff fault. Our room was very nice, large, clean, beautiful bathroom and a view of the pool. Did not have time to use the pool but it was sparling clean and the pool deck and loungers looked very inviting. There is construction going on in the tower on the other side of the pool and that was pretty loud during the day. When construction stopped, it was very quiet. We were there for an event at the Amphitheater which was a very easy, short walk from the hotel. Would definitely stay there again."
