The housekeeping team deserve a special mention—they’re honestly the best. So hardworking, thorough, and genuinely lovely people who always go the extra mile. It really makes a difference to the whole experience. Security is also excellent, which means you can properly relax and feel safe during your stay. Overall, it’s a great hotel with a great atmosphere—we’ll definitely keep coming back!"

"All good except breakfast. Food lukewarm and large party of golfers made so much noise we had to leave. Cannot blame hotel for this, but staff did nothing to ask them to modify their behaviour. Room good, wifi good, no other issues and good value."

"Spa was excellent I had a room in The Paddocks and (as a single female) felt quite vulnerable on the 5 minute walk to and from the main building behind quite a tall hedge. Also my room wasn’t made up prior to the second night. The Poolside was lovely, staff were great and food/bar area all as expected. Will visit again (but ensure I’d be staying in the main building). "
